N/A. (N/A). Near Mint. Nothing much wrong with this bottle. A hint of light stain in places. A few minor surface scuffs and scratches. Original stopper has a chip to underside and some flakes and a glaze miss to the top. Beautiful crisp print on the bottle. A classic stout from Northern England. (9.1). 2. Very Good. Glaze is slightly dull all over and there is some light stain in places. Very fine 20 mm hairline to right shoulder. Some kiln kisses and marks and a little manufacturing blow-out at the bottom of the print. Lovely pictorial. (7.8). (Exact same pair of bottles as sold way back in Auction 8, Lot 145.) Estimate: $50-100
