Very Good. (7.4). Original cap in place so can't guarantee the lip condition. Some nibbling to the surface of the M in Richmond and the GH embossing in the flag. Some haze. Surface has scratches and scuffs. Definitely not a fully buried example but has been under a house or something. Base chip of 19 x 7 mm. Some fleabites around the base edge too. Good looking example with very heavy embossing. Estimate: $25-50
