Very Good. (N/A). Amazing item in my mind! The handle does operate, but it is tight. Discolouration. Some little knocks and marks. Not sure on age, but looks early. VB has been around since the early 1900s but didn't become really popular until the 1960s. I have a feeling this is more 1930s-1940s, but cannot be sure. I have never seen one is what I can say! Estimate: $100-150
