Excellent. (8). This is machine made, looks about 1940s. Plenty of grime which will soak out. Looks like it was made complete, with the thick indented base having a circle drilled out of it. There is flaking to the inner base around this circle from the drilling process. Interesting item and design. Estimate: $20-40
